turbo malayalam movie review: A cocky hero who is fearless and can handle anything.   We have seen many masa masala films that have brought to the audience the heroic stories of a hero who is willing to burn down their castles for the sake of friends and loved ones.  Turbo directed by Vysakh starring Mammootty is a film that can be included in that category.  Mammootty’s Turbo Jose fits all the above adjectives, except one!  Jose is not afraid of anything.  If he is afraid of anyone in this world, it is only his mother.

Turbo Joe’s beat is a regular offering for the parish festival.  The film also begins with the legend of Jos.  In order to avoid Turbo Jose’s beating on the festival, some local officials planned some plans through Pallilachan and Jose’s mother, but nothing can stop Jose’s beating.  The feast went on and on.  But with that beating, Jose is running into some problems.  Those problems are creating a situation to leave Idukki itself.  Joes, who sank from the country, are rising in Chennai.

Even after arriving in Chennai, the problems do not go away, and with each unraveling of the knots, Jose comes to new problems.  Chennai was waiting for the opportunity to hit wide for Jose, who was playing in Idukki’s Ittavatta.  Also, Jose has to play the role of someone’s savior.  However, the main factor that makes the film engaging and thrilling is that none of those who were hit by Joss, who has a lot of weight, took it for granted.

From the beginning to the end, Turbo can be described as an action movie that will give the viewers an adrenaline rush.  Director Vaishakh has done a good job with Turbo Jose.   In action scenes and car chasing scenes, Mammootty will be less if you say Kasari.  Turbo Jose underlines that Mammootty’s age is just a number.  Even at the age of 73, Mammootty looks set to perform in action scenes.

Despite being a mass masala film, the film focuses not only on the hero Mammootty.  Raj B Shetty’s Vetrivel Shanmugasundaram, Anjana Jayaprakash’s Indulekha, Bindupanikar’s Rosakutty, Telugu actor Sunil’s Auto Billa as the villain…all have been given proper space in the story.  Raj B Shetty, who appears with immense screen presence, has made his debut in Malayalam perfect by making it to the list of Malayalam movie Kanda Adar villains.  More than just a titular heroine, Anjana’s Indulekha plays an important role in the storyline.  Shabarish Verma, Dilish Pothan, Prashant

Alexander, Johnny Antony, Niranjana Anoop and Nishant Sagar are the other main actors in the film.

Turbo is the fifth film under the production of Mammootty kampany.  Mammootty kampany has proved that not only Mayakam, Rochack, Kathal and Kannur squad, but also this size film will go here.  Turbo is an authentic blockbuster with an impeccable story by Vaisakh for Mammootty fans.  Fans of mass action films can boldly buy tickets.
