A new release states that the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has improved the process for anyone who wants to get a driver’s license.

The RTA’s Mahboub Chatbot has made it possible for applicants to easily book or change their driving test appointments over WhatsApp.

User-Friendly Interaction

The service is user-friendly and may be accessed through the Mahboub Chatbot at 0588009090. Notably, the official application or a visit to the RTA’s website are not necessary because users’ phone numbers and registration information are pre-authenticated. With support for both English and Arabic, the interactive service makes it easy for users to follow along.

Booking and Payment Simplified

A member of RTA’s Corporate Technical Support Services Sector, Mira Ahmed Al Sheikh, who heads up the Smart Services Department, praised the service’s ease of use. With the pre-authenticated system, users can easily pay for services, arrange driving test appointments, and more. The overarching goal of this coordinated strategy is to improve the application process for the user.

Advancements in Artificial Intelligence

Emphasizing continuous improvement, Al Sheikh mentioned ongoing efforts to enhance the generative artificial intelligence techniques employed by Mahboub. The goal is to improve its understanding of natural human languages, generating responses akin to human interaction. This commitment extends to ensuring data privacy protection amidst digital advancements, emphasizing a secure and reliable user experience.

Comprehensive customer support

Mahboub is not limited to just appointment scheduling; it serves as a comprehensive customer support system. Capable of handling queries related to RTA’s information, procedures, and interactive services, Mahboub’s continuous learning feature allows it to evolve and improve responses based on past interactions. This dynamic capability enhances its utility for users seeking information beyond driving test appointments.

In essence, the introduction of WhatsApp booking for driving tests through Mahboub reflects RTA’s commitment to leveraging technology for a more user-centric and efficient service, ultimately simplifying the application process for driving license seekers in Dubai.
