Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai and the Chairman of the Executive Council, the Dubai World Challenge for Self-Driving Transport 2025, with the subject “Dubai Autonomous Transport Zone,” is now accepting registrations. The fourth edition of the challenge has a new framework for competition that highlights #RTA’s dedication to strengthening Dubai’s leadership in autonomous mobility technology at all levels.

Creating a model district that offers multiple integrated transit means within a single area, enabling residents to select their preferred mode of transport that is convenient & offers quality service
Eligibility:
Participants must ensure their solution includes integration across at least 2 of the following modes of transport: Autonomous Taxi, Autonomous Shuttles, Autonomous Buses, Autonomous Drones, Autonomous Marine, Autonomous Logistics, Autonomous Aviation
Participants must ensure that all autonomous modes in the proposed solution meet at least SAE Level 3 of autonomy
At least one connectivity solution for Dubai Autonomous zone from the following: Vehicle to Vehicle (V2V), Vehicle to Network (V2N), Vehicle to Pedestrian (V2P), Vehicle to Infrastructure (V2I), Vehicle to Everything (V2X)
