Company seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Specialist to join our team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a minimum of 2 years of HR experience and in-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Spearheaded recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talent.
Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to ensure the right fit.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies.
Employee Relations:
Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and foster a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law in all HR processes.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally and confidentially.
Onboarding and Training:
Facilitate seamless onboarding processes for new hires.
Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
HR Policies and Compliance:
Develop and update HR policies in accordance with UAE Labour Law.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Performance Management:
Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes.
Provide guidance to employees and managers
on performance improvement plans.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on HR experience in Dubai.
In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law and WPS
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
