Prawns or Shrimp 300gm
Small Onion 10 pieces
Ginger 1 small piece
Garlic 7-8 pieces
Chilli powder 2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
Onion 2 medium size
1/4 tea cup of crushed coconut
1 stalk of curry leaves
Oil and salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Garam masala 1/4 teaspoon
Clean the prawns or shrimp and set aside. Finely chop the onion. Put lemon juice, chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger, garlic small onion, coriander powder, garam masala and salt in a mixer and grind it into a paste.
Apply the paste on the grated prawns and keep aside for 30 minutes. Heat oil in a pan (you need to take a little more oil) and add the shrimps, mix well and fry them.
When the prawns are about three-quarters cooked, add onion, coconut, curry powder and chilli powder, mix well, add salt to the dish, mix and cook until the color changes and it becomes dry.
