If the device needs repairs, our vendor takes approximately 15 days for careful inspection and fixing. Bear in mind, that this duration doesn’t include the time it takes to ship the device to and from the supplier. Availability will determine the possibility of a replacement.
It’s important to note that any delays during transit after we’ve shipped your repaired device are beyond our control. Nonetheless, we’ll work closely with the vendor to monitor and address any potential issues as promptly as we can.

“Important Message” or “Unknown Part” warning from Apple?
Why am I getting this message?
If your device is displaying an “important message” from Apple regarding any parts (including battery, display, and camera), it means some repair work has been done on your device, especially on the replaced component.
Please note that only an Apple Genius Bar or Authorized Service Provider can replace a component in the latest iPhones without triggering this notification
How long do these messages stay?
These messages do not affect your device’s performance and are visible on the lock screen for 4 days and then for 15 more days in Settings. It is essential to note that getting this message doesn’t imply that your battery has any issues or is defective – it only means that it was replaced with a new battery that works as efficiently as the original one.
The types of messages you may see depend on the iOS version you are using. For iOS 15.2 and later, you can go to Settings > General > About > PARTS AND SERVICE HISTORY to see which components, if any, have been replaced. You’ll see “Unknown Part” if the component installed is not a genuine Apple part, and “Genuine Apple Part” if the replacement was done using genuine Apple parts and processes. It is important to note that these components are functionally identical to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) equivalents and won’t perform any differently, even if replacements are not performed by Apple.
Our refurbished devices may go through repairs to ensure that the device works as intended. These repairs may use components from other manufacturers or other same-model phones. Please rest assured that our certified technicians only use high-quality parts to repair the device and the functionality of the phone will not be impacted by this.
This may also prompt some messages on the latest Apple devices stating “Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine…”. This message will be visible on the lock screen for 4 days and then for 15 more days in Settings. The only inconvenience is that you won’t be able to easily see your battery’s health and know when it’s time to replace it.
Only Apple Authorized Service Provider can replace a component in the latest iPhones without prompting this message. This doesn’t mean that your battery is defective, it only means it was replaced with a new battery (or camera or screen) that works just as efficiently as the original one.

Does Revibe provide a warranty?
We want you to know that all our products come with a standard one-year warranty, just like new items do.
Our warranty policy covers any issues with the product both hardware and software during this time.
Our team is here to replace or fix devices if there’s an issue during the warranty period. But, remember, if the device is damaged due to things like force, water, or other non-manufacturing factors, it’s not covered. And if someone not authorized tries to fix or mess with the device, the warranty won’t apply. You can find more detailed info in our terms and conditions.
Good news! We also offer an extended warranty that can boost your warranty from one year to two, just in case you’re interested!
My battery is draining fast
Most battery issues can be fixed by doing a few simple things to make your battery work better. Check out this guide from Revibe. Here are some steps to make your battery last longer.
Even if we give you a new battery, you might still have the same problem if you don’t follow these steps:
- Shut down power-hungry apps first. Go to Settings, tap Battery, and see which apps are draining your battery. If you find the troublemaker, update or remove it. You can always get these apps again later if they’re not causing the battery issue.
- Charge your device the right way. Don’t charge it in extreme temperatures or when it’s in its case as it can make the battery less powerful.
- Turn on ‘Low Power Mode’ to make your iPhone battery last longer. Go to settings, tap Battery, and switch on ‘Low Power Mode.
- Turn off ‘Raise to Wake’ by going to Settings, Display & Brightness, and switching it off.
- Update your apps and iOS for better battery life. Open the App Store and hit ‘Updates’ to update all apps.
- Turn off ‘Background App Refresh’ in Settings > General > Background App Refresh.
- Stop ‘Location Services’ in Settings > Privacy > Location Services.
- Turn off vibration in Settings > Sounds.
- Turn off WiFi when you’re not using it in Settings > WiFi.
- Keep your apps updated to save battery. Open the App Store and update any apps in the Pending Updates section.
