Some of the job responsibilities a good hygiene officer has includes:
- implementing systems in restaurant and conducting checks to ensure that all food handlers practice good food and personal hygiene when preparing food
- ensuring that food handlers observe and follow systems in place
- overseeing the cleanliness of the food premises
- following and enforcing all sanitation procedures in restaurants
- monitoring all work stations and dressing procedures in the restaurant
- creating checklists that the restaurant can adhere to during food safety checks
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Hotel: 2 years (Required)
- Hygiene Officer: 2 years (Preferred)
