- Now, fill in the form with all the required details like select State, District, Assembly/Parliamentary Constituency
- After that, enter your name and surname, part number, serial number, Elector’s Photo Identity Card (EPIC) number

- If you moved from one residential area within the same constituency to another, choose Form 8A.

- Now, fill in the form with all the required details like name, constituency, state, date of birth, mobile number, email Id, etc.
- After that, upload the required documents like an Aadhaar card, PAN card, etc
