The Mastercard Travel Pass app and website is the first-of-its kind digital solution to provide a unique and seamless airport experience for premium Mastercard cardholders across selected markets and products.
The program may also be offered to issuers who have subscribed to it as an optional offering. The program provides airport benefits such as lounge access, airport transfers and security fast track via a seamless digital mobile app solution. Once the cardholder downloads the app from the Google Play Store or Apple App store, they need to register their eligible Mastercard card on the app.
Upon registration in the app, you will receive a digital membership for the Mastercard Dragon Pass program based on their card type and Issuer ogram. Contact your issuing bank to know your eligibility and for a list of additional benefits. The Mastercard Travel Pass app is owned and operated by Dragon Pass Ltd.
I have a primary Mastercard card, and my partner has a secondary. Do we both need to register for the Dragon Pass app and show our respective QR codes?
Primary and supplementary cardholders may be eligible for lounge access, to check if you hold an eligible Mastercard card, you will need to download and register individually into the app using separate email addresses. When you access a lounge you will need to show your respective Dragon Pass digital membership cards to gain access and to avoid unnecessary guest charges.
How do primary and supplementary cardholders register?
Both primary and supplementary cardholders must register separately on the app using different email addresses to get their individual digital membership. This can be done by following the ‘sign up’ journey straight after the app download (on individual phones or the website).
Are there any charges for the Program?
There may be charges which will vary by market, Mastercard card type and Issuing bank. Also note that at registration and before the lounge visit, your card may be authenticated using either a O USD authorization or applicable charges based on the Mastercard card type. How do I download the app?
The app can be downloaded from App Store or Google Play Store by searching for Mastercard Travel Pass.
Do I need internet access/mobile data to download and use the app?
Internet access/mobile data is only required for downloading the app and during the registration process. Once you have registered and are logged in, there is no requirement for you to use internet access/mobile data to browse the app or access lounges. You can use the app online or offline to gain entry to the lounge by showing your DragonPass digital membership found under the ‘Membership’ section of the app. You are only required to show the Dragon Pass digital membership at lounge reception to gain access. Please note that by using your app offline your app will not show any updated data including visit history or lounge closures.
How do I redeem benefits? Can they be used in any country?
Benefits may be redeemed and used wherever they are listed as available on the app. Please check for benefits available at a specific location and follow the access or redemption instructions on the app.
