How to Change Aadhaar Card Photo:

1. Visit Your Nearest Aadhaar Permanent Enrolment Centre: Physical presence at an Aadhaar Permanent Enrolment Centre is mandatory for updating your Aadhaar card photo. Locate the nearest centre to initiate the process.

2. Fill the Enrollment Form: Obtain the enrollment form, either online or at the centre, and complete the required details.

3. Submit the Form: Hand in the filled form at the centre to kickstart the update process.

4. Photograph Capture: An executive at the centre will capture your new photograph for the updated Aadhaar card.

5. Pay Rs 100: A nominal fee of Rs 100 is applicable for updating biometric details, including the photograph.

How to Download Updated Aadhaar Card with New Photo:

1. Visit UIDAI’s Official Portal: Log on to the official UIDAI portal to begin the process.

2. Navigate to ‘Download Aadhaar’: Under the My Aadhaar section on the homepage, select the ‘Download Aadhaar’ option.

3. Choose Download Method: Opt for ‘Aadhaar Number’, ‘Enrolment ID’, or Virtual ID as your preferred method for e-Aadhaar download.

4. Enter Details: Provide the necessary details based on your chosen method.

5. Verify CAPTCHA and Receive OTP: Verify the CAPTCHA code and await the one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered phone number.

6. Enter OTP to Confirm: Enter the received OTP to confirm and complete the verification process.

7. Download e-Aadhaar: Your password-protected e-Aadhaar, now updated with the new photograph, will be downloaded to your device.
