Everyone knows that carrot is a nutritious vegetable. Milk is the same. Milk contains a lot of proteins.

For this, first take two cups of milk and boil it well. Turn off when it boils. Add one or two grated carrots to this. Then one or two nuts and almonds soaked in water should be added.

Then peel two or three cardamoms and take the pulp and add it to this. Keep it covered with a lid till it cools down. Then add all this to a mixer jar. Then add enough honey to make it sweeter.

All these can be finely ground. Now pour it in a glass and serve. Crushed almonds and nuts can be garnished on top if desired.
