Aadujeevitham The Goat Life Release and Review: The much-anticipated film of Malayalam star Prithviraj Sukumaran is finally getting to see the light of the day after decade-long struggle.
Finally, Prithviraj Sukumaran’s survival drama Aadujeevitham, a film that has been in the making for about a decade now, is here. Directed by Blessy, the film is an adaptation of the best-selling novel of the same name, written by Benyamin. Based on true events, the film will follow the story of Najeeb, a young man from Kerala, who moves to Saudi Arabia in search of better opportunities, where he gets forced into slavery. His struggles, near-death experiences, and redemption are what Aadujeevitham is about.
Prithviraj Sukumaran and the whole team have been struggling immensely in making the film through covid lockdown. It has been a personal struggle for the Malayalam star as he went through a drastic physical transformation for the role losing 31 kgs of weight to look the part. Other than Prithviraj, the film also stars Amala Paul. AR Rahman composed the music and the background score for the film.
In an interview with Indian Express Prithviraj spoke about the film, “One thing that I am very proud of, and the whole crew is very proud of, is that through all these obstacles, all these challenges, I don’t think there has been a single moment of compromise in this film. You will not see a single second of the runtime of the film when you’ll think, ‘oh, this they just let go like that!’”
All eyes are on Prithviraj, who has gone all out promoting the film across India. The Malayalam film is also getting released in Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu.
