16 years No director has ever waited so many years to complete a film in Indian cinema.  The audience would not have tolerated the release of a film like this. The penance of these two groups has now come to an end.  What is being said is about goat life.

The life of a sheep created by a writer named Benjamin, capturing the warmth of the experiences of a real person named Najeeb, has now been re-presented by director Blessy.  That too without losing the essence of the original.

When they heard that the life of a goat is being made into a movie, the doubt that arose in the mind of many people is how this work will be filmed.  But let it be said at the outset that Blessy and his team succeed in visualizing that doubt without asking any questions.  Blessy deserves a round of applause for deciding to make such a popular novel into a film.

Because he decided to reach those who have read the novel and left it in their minds with the visual language of the same work.  The success of the director Blessy lies in the fact that it is possible in the same way that the readers saw it in their minds.

Blessy has not made the novel into a movie.  The director has given a new level to the goat life by including important events and characters.  This means that even those who have read and memorized the novel can approach the film as a new story.  In the first half, Blessy lays the groundwork for Najib and his background, the circumstances of his arrival in the Gulf and the problems he has to face there.  It is only in the second half that the audience gets to know Najeeb’s life in depth and begins to travel along with him.

Coming to the characters, we can start with Prithviraj who came as Najeeb.  Prithviraj may never play a role like this again.  Because he has given his body and mind for Najib.  Prithviraj’s career in cinema will now be known as before and after the goat life.  Prithviraj has 100 percent succeeded in bringing to the audience what the real Najeeb experienced with the same intensity.  The physical and mental hardships of life in the desert had left him speechless.  Najib’s voice and manner of eating were like those of sheep.  Prithviraj will be seen acting with his eyes and living in Adujeevtham.

Another person worth mentioning is Gokul who became Hakeem.  During the recent audio launch, Prithviraj mentioned Gokul.  Hakeem also went through the same hardships and living conditions that Najib went through.  Gokul has made Hakeem so memorable that it doesn’t seem like his first film.  Hakeem is a novice throughout the film.  Jimmy Jean Lewis as Ibrahim Kadiri has also made his Malayalam debut.  Zainu played by Amala Paul and Shobha Mohan’s mother are mind-blowing.
